The annual convocation of the Missionary Diocese of the South and Ozarks was held September 14-15, 2022 at All Saints Anglican Church in Boaz, Alabama.
New members of the Standing Committee were elected. A resolution was adopted, authorizing the Standing Committee to incorporate the diocese and establish accounts for receiving special contributions.
The Rt. Rev. Daniel Sparks shared information on Christian education resources. He also encouraged members of the diocese to remain faithful to the doctrine of the church despite challenges from the world. The bishop announced a new Bishop’s School that will provide training for lay ministry and continuing education for clergy.
