A committee for Education headed by the Archdeacon and staffed by experienced people from around the diocese are working on a model for ministerial training. The committee will be meeting remotely throughout the year with a hope that in the Fall of 2025 courses will be offered through the Bishop’s School.

On June 22, 2024, Tom Saunders was ordained deacon by the Rt. Rev. Steven Murrell, assisting bishop in the Missionary Diocese of the South and Ozarks. Bishop Murrell ordained the Rev.
