Attendance
Diocesan clergymen and two lay delegates from each congregation serve as voting members of Convocation.
Friends and other visitors are welcome to attend, but clergy and lay delegates will be given priority due to space limitations.

Lodging
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Costs
Costs of travel and lodging are borne by attendees or their respective churches. Those attending the Wednesday evening banquet will pay for their own meals.
At the Wednesday morning service of Holy Communion, a collection will be taken to help offset expenses of the host church.
Registration
Advance registration is required for all attendees. There is no registration fee.
Submission of your registration will be confirmed by email. Additional information will be sent by email about two weeks before Convocation.
